Hi frnds!!.. Yes the wait has come to an end.. Superstar Rajinikanth's Kuselan has hit the screen's after huge expectations.. This film has been directed by P.Vasu and produced by K.Balachandar's Kavithalaya Production Starring Super Star Rajinikanth, Nayanthara, Pasupathi and Meena.. The Music for the film is done by G.V.Prakash..

Story Line:

Pasupathy is a barber who resides with his wife meena and children in a small village.. He is not rich and also does not get much income from his barber shop neither.. One day Superstar Rajini comes to that village for a film shoot starring nayanthara along his side as heroin.. Meanwhile pasupathy tells his wife and children that Super star and himself were very good childhood friends.. So meena goes and tells her negihbours that rajini was her husband's childhood friend.. At that time pasupathy Gets respect from others because he is rajinikanth's friend, but what is running in pasupathy's mind is that rajini has attained great heights now and will he remember me??.. With all these question in his mind, he is forced by his wife,children and neighbours to meet rajini.. But since rajini is in a great position he is not been able to meet up with super star.. Now every1 starts disbeliving that pasupathy is no friend of rajini.. Even his children start to think that his father was telling lies and stops talking to him.. Meanwhile pasupathy tries to see rajini, but all ends up in vain.. Before the last day of shoot in that village rajini was invited as the chief guest to a school functiuon in that village where pasupathy's children study.. During the school function speech rajini speak out about his old friend pasupathy (balu in the film) and how he has helped rajini out in his past days and how he misses his friend.. The climax of the film is how Rajini meets pasupathy and reacts after seeing his friend and what true friendship means , even after a person has achieved great height..

Individual Performances :

Rajinikanth:-
The Only reason for kuselan going to be a hit is because of super star.. In this film you can see a different rajini who acts as rajinikanth himself in this film wit the name Ashok Kumar, with new emotional kind of acting.. The one and only person who has rocked in the entire film is rajini, that's why he is the evergreen super star.. Rajini's songs,intro everything super.. Job well done by thalaivar...

Pasupathy:-
After rajini the second person acting which will be spoken is pasupathy Appears as balu in this film.. He has played his character role to perfection.. I wonder no other person except pasupathy would have done better than him.. His acting is exceptional in the climax of the film..

Nayanthara:-
Well not much role to play for nayanthara.. She appears in all the songs and few of the scenes as a glam doll.. But She has done what role was given to her in a perfect way..

Meena:-
Meena appears as pasupathy's wife.. she has acted in kuselan after a long time, but we can find the same old meena's performance in this film too.. She has not over acted and done her role as a perfect house wife..

Vadivel:-
As usuall Vadivel has rocked with his comedies.. whenever he appears we are into laughter.. He has kept up his standard and has added more advantage for the film..

Overall View:
There is no big story line in this film.. A very normal story Highlighted because of the appearance of super star.. First half of the film is not tat much interesting until you see super star in the screen.. Rajini's intro is awesome.. Songs are not that good except cinema cinema song.. and songs are kept in the film just because they have to, they happen to start without any reason or logic flow.. Nayanthara is mainly picked in this film for the songs.. Vadivel's comedy is one of the main highlights of the film.. Second half after rajini's intro rocks.. Pasupathy has acted superbly.. The main to be watched and appreciated in the film is the climax.. Rajini and pasupathy have acted so so well that i was into tears, not only me many said so even u people who will be watching will b into tears.. Thala's performance tharu maru.. Last 15-20 mins of the film says it all..

Final Report:
Kuselan is just about rajini,rajini and only rajini.. If u are a rajini fan its worth spending money and watching the film.. Pasupathy too rocks in the film.. The Film is to be watched especially for its climax.. This Film depicts what TRUE FRIENDSHIP is!!... I Hope the film becomes a big hit.. Lets hope to see a big response.. SUPERSTAR ROCKZZZ!!!!....
